Welcome to Ignition! We are a multi-roaster coffee shop founded in Maui Hawaii. We’re excited to offer a fresh perspective on coffee by curating a selection of extraordinary seasonal offerings sourced from renowned coffee roasters across the globe.
We’re currently building out our hotrod to be a full-service espresso truck, in the meantime you can find us in Waikiki at 2299 Kuhio Ave inside Luigi’s Pizza.

We've spent over a year perfecting our recipe, testing every variable from extraction time to tap tower temperature and nitrogen pressure.
The nuanced flavors of these coffees are preserved in the oxygen-free environment it's stored in from the moment the brew is ready, creating a very approachable coffee-forward drink that we can't get enough of.
